❤️3 more weeks 💔

I have been reflecting on how happy I am that I was motivated to serve a mission by church leaders and friends around me. There really is nothing like it; a new language, not choosing who you live with, staying with these same strangers 24/7, adapting to different cultures with every person you talk to, being rejected constantly, feeling The Spirit guide you more than ever, and growing to know The Savior more than I possibly could have otherwise at this point in my life.. I am truly so grateful. These strangers have become my family, and this language is mine too, and The Savior really is my best friend. This week has been filled with trials, but there have been great miracles as well. One of them happened on Sunday. At the beginning of the transfer, I was in H10 and met one of my former investigators there again named Sarah Reyes. She was surprisingly so excited to see me. I was surprised she remembered me. We got her info again. The hermanas went to visit her this week and apparently her son that Hermana Beus and I taught about a year ago got baptized not long ago in Conroe!!! We had no idea. It's so cool. It's a miracle that I found out, and never would have if I hadn't seen her in public randomly at the beginning of the transfer. I just feel like it reflects a lot of things in the gospel and in life... we often are unaware of the great effect we have on those around us. Have an amazing week.
Love always, Hermana Sheirbon
